Accounts Payable & Operations Associate

• This role will be in office full time, located on the Upper East Side with many bus and train lines going through there including the N,Q,R trains

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounts payable functions three times per week, approximately 150-200 transactions per week during school year, lower volume during holidays/summer
• Interact with department leaders to explain AP processes, ensure coding is accurate.
• Ensure proper W9s are in place, assist with 1099 process.
• Assist with company credit card processing.
• Additional work can be provided in area of interest such as payroll, administrative functions, general accounting, etc.

Experience Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable function
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Paymerang or Financial Edge a major plus!!
